Easterseals New Hampshire’s Veterans Count provides a safety net of critical case management and emergency financial assistance to meet the unexpected crises of service members, veterans, and their families. Our services are provided locally, are free and confidential, and are available for anyone who has served in the military.
Our Approach
We are committed to giving every veteran and service member we serve the dignity he or she deserves. Our program works in conjunction with exiting military, Veterans Affairs, and community programs for a full range of member and family support services.
